How are directors appointed?
There are no directors, only a Trustee and an Administrator. The Trustee is the entity that will own the Residence and the entire community in Trust. For this particular development, the Developer has selected Stewart Title, one of the biggest and most reputable title company in the United States and by far the biggest and most reputable in Costa Rica, as the Trustee. On the other hand, the administrator is the entity in charge of making sure that all of the fraction owners comply with the rules and regulations established in the Trust.
