How are diamonds shipped back to customers?
Our customers based in the United States have the choice of one of our preferred shipping companies, Brinks, Federal Express or USPS registered mail service. All international shipments will be shipped via Brinks. Top Explain how diamonds are insured within your company. All diamonds are insured while in our diamond lab by our insurance company. We will also insure any shipment going back to our customer if so instructed. However, the insurance cost will be added to the cost of processing the diamonds.
