How are DeVenCI technology sectors selected?
Technology sector selections will be based on the best possible matches between the level of investment and innovation within the venture capital funded private sector, and the most pressing technology needs of the DoD. Once a technology area has been selected, small innovative companies and potential DoD customers with specific interests in that area will be identified and selected, and workshops devoted to this area will be held.
