This video from The Discovery Channel’s Popular show “How It’s Made” shows a typical automated factory for high volume orders of Deep Groove Ball Bearings. The factory in this video is not the PKB factory but is a general representation of the manufacturing process for miniature and instrument ball bearings. Although the manufacturing processes demonstrated in this video are highly automated, all Pacamor Kubar Bearings (PKB) products are hand built one at a time to ensure the highest quality and workmanship.
