Per our Bylaws, the Board of Directors conducts the business of HVHA upon behalf of the members. The Board is comprised of the officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer), and Chairpersons of the Architectural Control Committee, Maintenance Committee, and a Nominating Committee.
