Investment Committee decisions are agreed by consensus. The Committee is comprised of the two Managing Principals of Absa Capital Private Equity, the CEO of Absa Capital and the CFO of Absa Group. Since 2005, only one investment proposal presented to the Investment Committee has been turned down.
