How are CROSSTECH® fabrics tested?
CROSSTECH® fabrics are tested in Gore’s state of the art laboratories to insure they are fit for use in the application they are engineered for. CROSSTECH® fabrics are often component certified as meeting or exceeding industry standards (NFPA, for example). This component certification occurs in 3rd party testing facilities. Our fabrics are also tested in our customer’s laboratories, and the garments, boots, and gloves our customers make with our fabrics are often certified to the appropriate industry standards.
