Service unit boundaries are determined by public ISD elementary school boundaries where applicable. Service units in a contiguous geographic area are grouped together to form an area served by one membership manager. In the new configuration, the five service units in Galveston County form Area 26, the five service units in Brazoria County from Area 27, in Fort Bend County the five service units in Area 28 (Ft. Bend ISD) are North Star, Yellow rose, Monarch Colony, Texas Treasurers, and Rainbow Stars. The service units in Area 29 are River Rose, Texas Stars, and Heart of Brazos and Wharton County. Prairie Rose is in Area 17. Dream Catchers and Serenity Creek are in Area 19.
