Wendt’s Reserves staff review all material to make sure that it meets the requirements of fair-use before we put it online. If we have any concerns about a particular item, we look for ways to bring it within the scope of fair-use, whether that means getting the author or publisher’s permission, working with the instructor to modify the material or substitute licensed material.
