How are containers delivered?
Your container will be delivered to ground level via a tilt bed truck or trailer. The end of the container corresponding to the back of the trailer will be set down first and the truck then driven out from under it. For conventional containers, you will be asked to specify whether the doors should face rearward or toward the cab of the truck. If you are renting a double door unit, this will not matter. When appropriate, the surface will be protected with wooden pads that will spread the weight of the container and minimize the possibility of settling.
