It is your supervisor’s responsibility to review your COI/COS disclosure form within 10 working days. If you have disclosed conflicts that require a management plan, your supervisor should meet with you and discuss options. Once a management plan has been agreed upon, it should be attached to the COI/COS disclosure form prior to forwarding for further signatures.
