How are computers used in early childhood education?
More children are being taught about computers from an early age. Games are often used to learn mouse control with helps with co ordination. Learning letters is another plus side with computers, nurseries and reception classes often have keyboard covers that are placed over the keys which show the children lower case letters instead of capitals ( children don’t learn capitals until later) There are web sites designed for pre schools www,cbeebies.co.uk is one that is fun but also learning based.
