Ans: Under the ACV, adjustments are required to be made to take account of demonstrated difference in commercial level and quantity in respect of: (i) test values; (ii) identical goods; and (iii) similar goods. under Articles 1.2(b), 2.1(b) and 3.1(b) of the ACV.
