How are classes organised on the LLB degree?
As a general rule, classes on the first year of the LLB are organised into Lectures and Tutorials. There are usually just under 300 people in a first year lecture, which will last approximately 55 minutes. Similarly, tutorial groups run for just under one hour. Tutorial groups meet in the rooms of tutors. There are normally about 7 or 8 people present for tutorials, and the staff and students usually discuss questions on a previously distributed tutorial sheet.
