How Are Children Seen in Pediatric Urgent Care?
We believe that families with children are more satisfied when they have an appointment to address their medical needs. Therefore, we run on an appointment-based model of care. Appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes. Please understand that we may have emergencies that increase our wait times. If you would like for your child to be seen in Pediatric Urgent Care, please call 510-490-1222, and we will schedule your child for the next available appointment. While Pediatric Urgent Care is open until 8 p.m., we recommend you and your child come in for an appointment as early as possible in the day in the event you are referred to the Radiology or Laboratory departments for tests.
