How are chargebacks handled, and how much do they cost?
All chargeback arbitration is handled by one of our trained specialists, and we represent your business in the matter. All processors are under the same chargeback rules and regulations, but our backroom processing facility, National City Bank, has the most sophisticated fraud and chargeback control systems in the industry. Chargebacks that the business is responsible for are charged $15.00 per chargeback.
