Any changes to the FMC-1 information shall be immediately transmitted to the Bureau of Trade Analysis. 520.3(d). The filers changes can be entered electronically from the View Carrier-OTI List, File FMC-1 main menu, select “Edit an Existing FMC-1 Form, via the Commissions website, www.fmc.gov.
