Sayre Nyce, Congressional Advocate at Refugees International speaks to Jerry Fowler on Voices for Preventing Genocide about the situation in the Central African Republic as a consequence of the violence in Darfur. To prevent refugees from escaping to Chad, the Janjaweed have been making efforts to monitor the border between Darfur and Chad tightly.
