How are cautionary letters sent?
EPTS provides Cautionary Letter Builder functionality that allows an attorney to quickly check boxes indicating the holdings that may be in potential conflict. The Builder then compiles these holdings into a customized letter template which can be further edited by the attorney (if needed) and sent to the filer in a matter of minutes. Copies of all letters sent by EPTS are stored in the database and can easily be retrieved through the system.
