How are Cash Back Contributions disbursed?
Cash Back Contributions for qualifying transactions are paid out automatically, provided they have fully cleared (the clearing process usually takes between 90 and 120 days) and are equal to at least $25.00. The exact time to clear varies depending on merchant processing times and return policies. Once the Cash Back Contributions totaling at least $25.00 have cleared, your organization will be mailed a check. The checks are processed once a month.
