How are cascaded DME32s connected together?
Via 50-pin D-sub half-pitch plugs. These cables must not exceed 10 metres in length. Each unit is automatically given a different ID number. Unit #1 is the DME32 without a cascade input connection. All the units can be controlled by a P.C. connected to unit #1. There are 32 cascade busses sharing audio between all the units in a system.
