All caregiver candidates are required to fill out a detailed application and are thoroughly interviewed by the Director of our company. Our interviews focus on relevant work experience, common sense and integrity. References are taken seriously and supporting documentation is checked for authenticity. Candidates must provide proof of legal status in Canada or abroad as well as work permits and other important information. Candidates are also required to provide updated immunization records and consent to a background search.
