Letters are engraved to a depth of ΒΌ inch and filled to prevent dirt and debris from accumulating in the letter, to protect from foul weather and to minimize the damage to letters over time. Bricks can also be left unfilled. We use a sandblasting technique which allows us to precisely detail any stone, granite, concrete paver or brick surface.
