How are booth assignments made?
The ACVO’s table-top exhibit hall’s booths have sold out quickly the past three years (by the end of May in 2007), limited booth space is available. Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. If multiple registrations are received the same day, companies which have exhibited the longest with ACVO will be given priority in booth placement. The ACVO will do its best to give all exhibitors their best booth choice possible while also attempting to place competing companies apart. Booths will be assigned to all exhibitors who have completed an application and paid the fee. No requests for exhibit space will be accepted by telephone or held without payment.
