How are books checked out?
Checking out an item from the Ohio eBook Project is much like a combination of physically checking a book out at the library and purchasing items on the web. Once a patron finds an item they wish to check out, they add it to a digital cart. They can then either continue browsing for more items or check out. When the patron is ready to check out their selections they proceed to the check out page where they select their library and enter their library card number and pin (if required) and confirm their selections. From there they will be able to download the items they have checked out.
