How are bookings secured and payment made?
Once you have determined dates and have received the confirmation that these are available for the vessel you want to charter, an invoice will be sent to you for 25% of the fees plus tax. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservation confirmations are not given without payment of this depost. Remaining fees and security deposits must be paid 30 days prior to embarking. Payments can be made by wire transfers. With enough advance, we are also able to accept corporate checks, personal checks and money orders. If you have to cancel your charter, the deposit is non-refundable unless the vessel is rebooked for the same dates. If we are able to rebook the dates, the deposit will be refunded less any applicable cancellation fee. We highly recommend that you secure insurance coverage that will protect your deposit if you have to cancel for illness, injury, or death of anyone in the group or of an immediate family member or if the charter is cancelled for reasons bey
