How are boarding costs calculated?
Our boarding fees are calculated per night. On the drop-off date, you will pay for the first night regardless of the time of drop-off. You will pay for each night between the drop-off date and the pick-up date. On the pick-up date, you will NOT pay for another night if you pick up during our morning business hours (when available). You WILL pay for another night if you pick up during our evening business hours. For example, let’s say your dog has a weekend reservation. If your dog is dropped off on Friday morning at 9:00 a.m., you will be charged for Friday night. If your dog is dropped off on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m., you will be charged for Friday night. You will pay for Saturday night. If your dog is picked up at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, evening you will pay for Sunday night. If your dog is picked up on Monday morning at 9:00 a.m., you will pay for Sunday night but you will NOT pay for Monday night.
