A. Bids will be assessed against minimum criteria by a central assessment team before being transferred to the appropriate region for scoring against the secondary criteria. The final decision on whether to award funding will be taken by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions following recommendations from the regional assessors and a senior cross-Government panel. You can download the scoring sheets and guidance that will be used by the assessors.
