Requests for beneficiaries can be sent by email to custline@apple-bank.com. Please be sure to include the name of the beneficiary and the account that you wish to make the person beneficiary for. The email must originate from the email address used in establishing your Grand Yield Direct Savings account. A new signature card including the beneficiary designation will be required for the Grand Yield Direct Checking and Grand Yield Direct CD Accounts.
