How are backorders handled?
Houseworks strives to keep all current products in stock for immediate delivery. Our website allows you to check availability in your area for each product. Look for the message “click here to get availability on this product” on the product details page. If the item is not in stock, you are welcome to continue with your order. When the item is received into our warehouse, we will contact you to coordinate delivery. Additional arrival details can be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at 585-427-7620.
