How are backordered products handled?
The carriers for the majority of our in stock products are UPS ground and USPS. Multiple in stock items that are ordered together will ship at the same time unless one or more of the products are backordered. Backordered products will all ship together after we get more in stock, while the rest of the items will ship right away so you don’t have to wait. Items that are on backorder for more than sixty days will be canceled and a refund will be given for those items. We take care of all of the freight costs associated with backorders so you’ll never be charged anything additional just because products are on backorder!
