How are Askville experience points and coins earned calculated?
All I can say is that I and most other experienced Askvillers rarely ever give out 1s or 2s. I’m not saying never, ever, but very rarely. I’d been here about three months before I gave out my first one. That was because the answer to a political question in the politics topic was about how this person made beer at home in his basement. Obviously, he had screwed up big time and didn’t bother to proof read at all. Now there are a few odd, highly opinionated people on Askville who seem to see the word differently than the rest of us.
