Architects and engineers (A/Es) submit their credentials to become “pre-qualified” for work with the district. Then, interested firms from this group are interviewed by a committee comprised of representatives from the district’s Facilities Planning and Design, and Construction Management departments. Firms are selected based on skills and experience.
