Office appointments at our clinic are completed very much like the appointments you expect when visiting a counselor or psychologist. One appointment for one person at a time. Psychologists and counselors do not double and triple book appointments, neither do we. Your appointment is yours only. When you hold an appointment at with the clinic you are requesting TIME–time that is given to no one else but you. You are welcome to use that time in any manner you wish, but if you choose to not use the time you reserved, you must be willing and able to compensate Kara Diersing Clapp, PhD, NP-c for the time that is lost and cannot be given to anyone else at the last minute.
