Every timekeeper and certifier should have at least two alternates. Supervisors and managers will notify their local administrators who the alternates are, and local administrators will set them up in Quicktime. Dont forget to make sure that all of your alternate timekeepers and certifiers know that they are alternates, and that you have given them their UserIDs and passwords, and that they have the URL and know how to log in and perform timekeeping/certifying tasks if necessary. Each employee has one primary timekeeper and certifier, but may have multiple alternates assigned.
