How are airports being prepared to facilitate the travel experience following the merger close?
Our priority is to ensure that customers arrive at the appropriate check-in counter.We are coordinating more closely and have provided additional training to our employees to ensure they are able to respond to customer inquiries following the merger close.In the airports where we are not currently located in the same terminal, we will provide additional staffing and signage to assist customers should there be any confusion during their travels with both airlines.
