How are agencies selected as placement sites?

0

Agencies that are committed to training professional social workers and have qualified field instructors who are willing to supervise student interns are considered for placements. An agency visit by a Field Faculty member, the agency administrator signing an Affiliation Agreement with the School and potential field instructors participation in training may also be required. The Field Education staff is always interested in new placement possibilities. Students can make suggestions to their Field Education Coordinator or to the Field Office, but they MAY NOT make arrangements on their own.
