Let’s look at Pacific’s age group time standards, and then at the age group swim meet program in Pacific, to see how they’re set up. First, the time standards. Pacific has established age group time standards for the following age groups: 8/under, 10/under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18. The time standards are described below roughly from slowest to fastest. C, B, and A: age group swimming is where virtually all swimmers begin, and the B and A standards are the basic developmental and meet entry time standards used in Pacific’s age group program.
