How are Adobe legacy products handled?
For the first six months of the contract or a contract renewal, Adobe allows existing licenses purchased from other sources to be enrolled under maintenance. These licenses must all be the most current version of the product. Contact the WISC customer service office at 800-590-9787 between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM CST to process this request. You will be asked to provide product keys for existing products to include in our audit information.
