How are Admiral Road blankets made?
All of our blankets are handmade in Canada using a polyester fleece. We use a simple sewing machine to appliqué our blanket designs, and an industrial serger to ensure that the hem will not fray, even after hundreds of washings. Admiral Road now offers gift wrap for our baby, kid and pet blankets. The blankets are wrapped in brightly coloured tissue and then placed in a cellophane bag. The package is finished off with a coordinating bow and gift tag.Gift wrap is available for $4.00 per item and can be selected with each individual blanket on the site.
