How are acrylic nails removed at nail salons?
They are supposed to remove them by soaking your nails in pure acetone. The acrylic softens and then you can scrape the softened acrylic right off, its not supposed to hurt at all. I have had them soaked off before, it just cost like $5-$10 depending on your nail salon. Next time just tell them you want them soaked off & if they dont know what your talking about then you shouldnt go there. They probably did it that way bc they were busy & its fast, but its super damaging to your nails not to mention painfull and getting your nails done should never be painful.
