How are 4Sight Benchmark Assessments administered?
• Administer either the paper or on-line version (depending on which version the district/school selects for purchase) • Up to 5 times per year for grades 3-8 • Up to 4 times per year for grades 9-11 • 60-minute testing period per test subject except for when otherwise identified in a student’s IEP or 504 Plan • Homeroom or grade-level groups • School sets common dates and times • For students with disabilities, apply the same accommodations provided with PSSA administration, as identified in students’ IEPs or 504 Plans
