How and why did the holocaust start?

0

The Holocaust occured for the following reason: 1. Hitler/many other Germans blamed people of Jewish faith for the loss of World War I 2. Hitler deemed Jewish people inferior to Germany people. He had this idea called “Lebensraum” (In German, “Living Space”). He wanted space for all Aryan (Blond hair blue eyed Germans) people to live to the east. He’d push out people who were in the way. 3. Overall negative societal oppinion towards Jewish people. Things such as Kristallnacht (Night of Broken Glass), a pogrom (riot against a particular group), had been happening in Europe against Jews among other groups at least two thousand years, if not longer. The Holocaust was simply the culmination of a long sequence of events. 4. Distortion of a social conscious by the Nazi Party. Hitler/The Nazis promised a better way of life if the people simply shut up (at least about governmental cristicism) and did as told. Most did and fervantly supported the Nazi regime. 5. Fear of going against the croud.

Holocaust started because one man decided to blame the problems in the world on jews. Meanwhile jews were scattered all over the world, made families and had a place to stay, mind you israel is about 60 years old, they did not have a place to stay at all. That man was Hitler, a very good speaker and a very influencial dictator. He always read anti-semitic literature and blamed all the problems on jews, because in his mind they controlled the world because there were so many of them scattered all over the world. So he thought if you kill one jew it wont matter, in order to get rid of all the problems you need to kill all jews he thought. Since he was a great speaker, countries started to join his side in no time, as he covered more ground he came closer and closer to his final plan – to eradicate the jews. Long and pain full times, we cannot imagine how hard it was to live back then, just like that you could be killed if a neighbour ratted you out, or if the neighbour hated you and you
