Only the primary cardholder can redeem My Visa Rewards Plus points. However, the primary cardholder can designate, in writing, another person to redeem My Visa Rewards Plus points and provide other redemption instructions on behalf of the primary cardholder. The primary cardholder must fill out the Primary Cardholder Authorization Form, available on myvisarewardsplus.com under the ‘my account’ tab, from the My Visa Rewards Plus Headquarters or the Visa Centre.
