During the listing process, on the “Enter Property Data” page, there is a section called “Compensations”. Within the Compensations section youll find; Buyers Agent Fee which is defaulted to “Yes”, leave as is. Then tab over to “Amount $/%”, it is defaulted to 3.0%, leave as is or change to desired amount.
