How and where do i get a umbreon in pokemon diamond?
The only way you can get an Umbreon is to get an Eevee and evolve it at night when it is very happy. What I would do is give your Eevee a soothe bell and put it in some battles for a while. I would suggest going up and down the long pass between Mt. Coronet and Snowpoint City, there’s a lot of trainers and grass between and the soothe bell will help if you go walking around for a long time. Just be sure to bring revives and some kind of high level fire pokemon just in case your eevee gets in trouble.
