Pick up a form at any Wake County Public Library, any of the town halls, at the Board of Elections office, 337 S. Salisbury St., Raleigh, or on our website at www.wakegov.com/elections. Complete and sign the form and mail it to us. You may use the same form to update, your name, address and party. You may also complete the back of your voter card and mail in or deliver it to the Wake County Board of Elections.
