How and when will the Questionnaires be distributed?
All Questionnaires will be sent out in five waves according to the following schedule subject to unexpected programming delays: The first wave is set to be sent out the week of August 1, 2007. The second wave of Questionnaires will be sent out 2 weeks after the first wave is sent out to employees. Approximately the week of August 15, 2007. Each subsequent wave of Questionnaires will be sent out 3 weeks after the previous wave. Wave 3 will be sent out approximately the week of September 5, 2007. Wave 4 will be sent out approximately the week of September 26, 2007. Wave 5 will be sent out approximately the week of October 17, 2007. Wave 6 (a catch up wave) at a date which is still to be determined.
