The First, Second and Third Prize Winners in each Division will be selected by the panel of judges based on the following criteria: (1) presents ideas or perspectives that are forward-thinking and solution-oriented, (40%); (2) appropriateness to the theme, (30%); and (3) overall presentation and entertainment of Video, (30%).
