How and when will people involved in the application be notified of APIPA-CRS decision on eligibility?
If APIPA-CRS determines that the applicant meets the CRS eligibility criteria, APIPA-CRS will provide written notice to the applicant/family, the referral source and the Health Plan indicating the applicant is eligible within 14 calendar days of receipt of the complete application. If APIPA-CRS Medical Director determines the applicant does not meet the CRS program eligibility requirements, APIPA-CRS will provide written notice to the applicant/family and the referral source indicating that the applicant is not eligible for CRS and the reason for the denial within 14 days of the receipt of the referral.
